It is affectionately known locally as Sakura Kaneyo.
"I don't want to work at a regular soy sauce maker. I want to create a system for the entire Yoshimura Brewery and bring it all together under the Sakura Kaneyo brand. I also think that the appearance of the label and how we explain it are important to ensure that our thoughts are fully conveyed in our products," says fourth-generation soy sauce maker Koichiro Yoshimura.

We also create products with accents based on soy sauce.
Yoshimura Brewery also makes sauces, and is actively developing other products with a unique accent, including popular products such as "Tonkatsu Black," which is made with soy sauce and black vinegar and brown sugar, "Shoyu Kura no Pasta Soy Sauce," which can be used with pasta, and "Kaoru Kona Shoyu," a powdered soy sauce.
On the other hand, Yoshimura says, "Miso and soy sauce are amazing. The more I try new products, the more I realize this, but no matter how much I eat miso or soy sauce, I never get tired of it. What's more, they have become an absolute staple in every household. I think that's incredibly amazing."

For those who want both rich and sweet flavors
Unlike other sweet soy sauces, this one is based on a second-brewed soy sauce, giving it a rich, thick flavor. Of course, you can still taste the sweetness. It's recommended as a dipping sauce for dishes with a strong natural flavor, such as lean tuna or horse sashimi.
