This set mainly consists of "damaged" products, such as products with peeling labels or products close to their expiration date. Some of the products may look a little bad, but the contents are fine, soy sauce that we are offering at a discount.

The six types of soy sauce are well-balanced.

We have included a well-balanced selection of six types of soy sauce so that you can compare and enjoy them at home. For this reason, we have included soy sauce with a clean label, as well as processed soy sauce products such as dashi soy sauce to provide a rich variety.

Labels peel off in various ways.

Regarding peeling of the labels, some are only slightly torn, while others are quite peeled off. We will clean them as much as possible and send them in a cardboard box. Also, for products with an approaching expiration date, we will put in products with "1.5 months or more remaining expiration date".

A catalogue of Shokunin Soy Sauce is included.

This is a booklet (A5 size, 20 pages) that contains not only product information, but also explanations of the different types of soy sauce and recommended ways to use them. It will be included with the product, so please take a look and try using different soy sauces accordingly.
