Product Features
68 Marukwa Soy Sauce Umakuchi from Yamaguchi Prefecture is not too strong or sweet. It is made with honesty and close ties to the local community. It is made using wheat from Yamaguchi Prefecture and aged in cedar barrels for a year and a half, making it a popular soy sauce among locals. The proprietress recommends using it to season croquette fillings.
Manufacturing method
: Amino acid liquid (domestically produced), salt (domestically produced), defatted processed soybeans (domestically produced), wheat (Yamaguchi Prefecture), sugar (domestically produced), caramel coloring, seasonings (amino acids, etc.), sweeteners (stevia, licorice), preservatives (paraoxybenzoic acid), VB1 Croquettes The proprietress of the brewery taught us how to use it directly. If you use soy sauce to season the croquette filling, the sweetness of the potatoes will stand out. Also good with sashimi and grilled rice balls. Potato Kinpira Potatoes are a staple dish to have on hand. Easy to prepare in advance by making it into kinpira. Also recommended as a side dish for bento. Sweet soy sauce goes well with potatoes. Add takanotsume to taste for a more mature taste.
Recommended usage
Vinegared mozuku seaweed is in season from April to June. It's sold in supermarkets all year round, so it's hard to feel the difference, but this seaweed withers and dies in the summer after the season is over. If you top it with shredded cucumber and ginger, it will add a nice accent to both the appearance and the taste! Recommended ways to use it (Soy Sauce Cookbook) Kuwata Soy Sauce Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture
