The experience of using different soy sauces

All soy sauce is the same. Many people probably think so. However, the flavor and taste vary depending on the region and maker. At Shokunin Shoyu, we categorize soy sauce into seven categories: six types of soy sauce plus processed products such as dashi soy sauce. From soy sauces that make the most of the ingredients to those that are aged for a long time and are full of umami, it's fun to compare the individual characteristics of each soy sauce.

We select a good balance from each type, and create combinations that allow you to compare and feel the differences, so for example, you can enjoy the different flavors of white and red meat sashimi.

The gift box for Shokunin Soy Sauce is all black, with only the four characters "Shokunin Soy Sauce" stamped in silver foil. When you open the box, there is no unnecessary white space, allowing the soy sauce label to stand out clearly.

The booklet (20 pages, A5 size) includes product information, explanations of each type of soy sauce, and recommended ways to use them. It will be included with the product, so you can refer to it and use the soy sauce accordingly.
