This is a richly flavored, carefully crafted soy sauce brewed using traditional methods.

Especially the bamboo barrels," says Suzuki Takehiko, the ninth generation owner. Although sweetened soy sauce is preferred locally, they have started producing soy sauce using local ingredients in order to preserve the traditional wooden barrel soy sauce. "My children are still small, but I want to start preparing now."
