3 bottles of mirin

If you recommend it to someone without saying anything, they will surely say, "It's a sweet liqueur, isn't it?!" Mirin was originally prized as a high-class sweet alcoholic drink, and this is a set of three well-made bottles.

"Ichikosoden" and "Sanshu Mikawa Mirin" are made only from glutinous rice, rice malt, and shochu. "Mineta Kara" is made with brewed alcohol as its base, and has a subdued shochu aroma. If you compare the three, you'll surely notice the difference.

Mirin contains alcohol and cannot be sold to people under the age of 20.

Shokunin Shoyu No.

First, try a sip of mirin. You'll mistake it for a sweet liqueur.

The ingredients are 100% domestic rice and authentic domestic shochu, and this raw mirin is not heat-treated.

Made using domestic glutinous rice and aged for three years.

It is based on brewed alcohol, so it does not have the distinctive smell of shochu and brings out the best in the ingredients.

We also insist on making our own homemade shochu in pursuit of authenticity.

It is made from specially grown domestic glutinous rice and is aged for two years. Its refined sweetness and umami flavor have many fans across the country.
