Features

This is a lighter type of re-brewed sake. It can be enjoyed with gyoza vinegar soy sauce, hiyayakko (cold tofu), kamaboko (fish cake), scallop sashimi, etc. without being too strong in soy sauce.

How to use

It uses twice as many ingredients and takes twice as long to make as dark soy sauce, so it has a rich taste with a good balance of flavor and aroma.

Recommended usage

Amano Soy Sauce's Kanro Soy Sauce is made with rice koji as an ingredient, so it is not too rich compared to other re-brewed soy sauces, and has a nice light and refreshing taste.
