This seasonal limited edition sake is pressed only once a year. It is brewed in a 60-koku barrel, one of the largest in the country, and is packed with the attention to detail that is only possible with a limited edition. The balance of the reddish-brown color, clear aroma, and umami flavor is superb. (Volume: 720ml)

Natural fermentation in wooden barrels

The traditional wooden barrel brewing process is the largest in Japan, measuring 3 metres in diameter and 3 metres in height.

Squeezing by "natural dripping" without applying pressure

Regular soy sauce is squeezed out under pressure, but only the part that drips naturally from the moromi due to its own weight becomes Heizaemon.

Carefully selected domestic ingredients

We use domestically produced soybeans, wheat, and sea salt that are limited in terms of origin and variety.
