The experience of using different soy sauces

All soy sauces are the same. I think many people feel that way. However, the flavors and tastes vary depending on the region and the maker. At Shokunin Shoyu, we categorize soy sauce into 7 categories: 6 types of soy sauce + processed products such as dashi soy sauce. From those that make the most of the ingredients to those that have been aged for a long time and are full of umami, it's fun to compare the individuality of soy sauce.

We will select a good balance of each type. We will create a combination that allows you to compare and feel the difference, for example, by combining white and red meat sashimi, allowing you to experience the different flavors.

Beautifully packaged gift box

The gift box for Shokunin Shoyu is all black, with only the four characters "Shokunin Shoyu" stamped in silver. When you open the box, there is no unnecessary white space, so the soy sauce label stands out clearly.

Wrapping paper and gift tags

We can also wrap gift boxes. We can use a noshi (bow knot/musubi-kiri) or red or blue wrapping paper. We can also wrap Buddhist noshi for funerals.

This is a booklet (A5 size, 20 pages) that not only explains the product, but also explains the different types of soy sauce and summarizes recommended ways to use them. It will be included with the product, so you can use it to choose the right soy sauce for you.
