This is a carefully brewed rice vinegar that we are proud of, made with seed vinegar made from Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture's Special A Area, plum vinegar to suppress the growth of weeds, and sake made from Kumano rice (produced in Shirahama Town) that has been grown with reduced use of pesticides.
