A set of four soy sauces made by Okubo. The orthodox light soy sauce (Murasaki Daijin) and re-brewed soy sauce (Kanro Soy Sauce). The processed plum soy sauce and amber dashi are also made with carefully selected ingredients, giving them a gentle and simple taste that is characteristic of Okubo.

The beautiful color and clear aroma of this light soy sauce make it popular among people who love to cook. Combine white rice with bonito flakes, seaweed, soy sauce, and hot water for a luxurious ochazuke.

A rich type with a long re- maturation period

The aromatic fragrance and deep flavor of long-term aging. It can be used on tuna sashimi or meat as wasabi soy sauce. It is rich and fragrant, and is delicious even if you just eat it as is.

This soy sauce is flavored with Ryujin plums from Wakayama Prefecture, giving it a clear red color and a refined fragrance. It can be used as a dressing for dishes or poured over hot rice.

Ingredients : Simple golden dashi soy sauce

A dashi soy sauce made with a base of white soy sauce and light soy sauce, and with the addition of dried bonito flakes and dried mackerel. If making chawanmushi, dilute it by about 12 times.
