Another great thing about this soy sauce is that it's gluten-free.
Tamari soy sauce is at its best when cooked. When used to make teriyaki chicken, the juicy meat is coated in a rich, glossy sauce, creating an irresistible flavor. It looks light, but has a strong aroma. The sweet and salty flavor fills your mouth, making it impossible to stop eating rice! It's rich, but not too heavy, so adding a little mayonnaise is also great!
