This set mainly consists of "damaged" products, such as products with peeling labels or products close to their expiration date. Some of the products may look a little bad, but the contents are fine, soy sauce that we are offering at a discount.

Defective products

Regarding peeling labels, some are only slightly torn, while others are quite heavily peeled. For items that are close to their expiration date, we will include items with "more than 1.5 months remaining on the expiration date."

We will provide a balanced selection of 100ml soy sauce and other items from the Artisan Soy Sauce Pantry, including ponzu and other sauces.

A well-balanced selection of soy sauce

We include at least one of each of the five types of soy sauce: white soy sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, re-brewed soy sauce, and tamari soy sauce, so that you can enjoy comparing them at home. For this reason, there may be some soy sauces that are not difficult to make on the label.

100ml of delicious food other than soy sauce

At Shokunin Shoyu, we offer soy sauce in addition to the 100ml bottle under the "Shokunin Shoyu Pantry." We have a wide range of soy sauces, including ponzu, noodle soup, sauces, salt, and vinegar, so we will select a balanced soy sauce from these.

A catalogue of Shokunin Soy Sauce is included.

This booklet (A5 size, 20 pages) contains not only product information, but also explanations of each type of soy sauce and recommended ways to use it. It will be included with the product, so please take a look and try using different soy sauces accordingly.
