Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture, is home to many white soy sauce and mirin producers. This five-bottle set includes three white soy sauces from Nitto Brewery, Shichifuku Brewery, and Yamashin Brewery, and two types of mirin from Ogasawara Mirin and Kadoya Bunjiro Shoten.
