Tamagoyaki base 150ml
Tamagoyaki base: A simple and sweet "Tamagoyaki base"
Shokunin Shoyu No. 3033
A salty person turns into a sweet tooth?
The first time I used this tamagoyaki mix was when I was preparing for a hand-rolled sushi party with a friend. My friend said, "Tamagoyaki has to be sweet!", so I made it to suit my friend's preference. I like my tamagoyaki salty, but my friend praised it highly.
Personally, I think it's better to eat it with rice on a salty note, but when I tried it as a snack, it was indeed sweet and delicious! It's nice to try a different flavor from your own taste every once in a while.
Recommended points!
・No dashi and simple recipe that brings out the flavor of the eggs ・Mellow sweetness and subtle saltiness ・An exquisite balance that even beginners can easily make mistakes with ・150ml size that is easy to use up
Who is this recommended for?
・People who like less sweet tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) without dashi ・People who want to emphasize the flavor of the ingredients ・People who want to feed their children safely ・People who want to make bento boxes or save time on daily cooking

No dashi stock is included
This is a base for tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) made with raw sugar and white tamari, and contains no dashi. It doesn't have as complex a flavor as regular "dashimaki tamago," but rather the deliciousness of the eggs themselves, with a subtle sweetness and saltiness that you can feel, which is what makes this product so appealing. If you like sweet dashimaki tamago, we recommend adding a little dashi to your liking to create a more unique variation, but strangely enough, we often hear people say, "It's delicious just as it is!"
We often hear from families with children, and people who "absolutely want to include sweet tamagoyaki that they like in their lunch boxes," that "it has to be this flavor!" and "I want to keep it in stock at all times." Just the other day, a repeat customer bought two bottles, saying, "It keeps the flavor of the tamagoyaki that is essential in lunch boxes consistent, so I'd be in trouble if I ran out."

It's easy to use!
As instructed on the label, adding 1 tablespoon for every 2 eggs will result in a fairly sweet finish. If you are trying it for the first time, you may want to start with a smaller amount than recommended.
If you like rolled omelets that aren't too sweet, we recommend this one below.
