Product Features

The water used for the brewing is Ginmeisui from the foot of Mt. Fuji. 42 Honmarutei squeezes, pasteurizes, filters and bottles the soy sauce. This soy sauce, which can be described as pure, is used in local schools. It can be used as a dipping sauce, or as a light soy sauce that brings out the best in the ingredients.
