










A soy sauce that makes you want to explain how to use it

My recommendation for a fish sauce that doesn't have a strong smell is soy milk soup.
- Simply add a little to soy milk, heat, and sprinkle with sesame oil and chopped green onions.
- The umami flavor of the fish sauce is fully absorbed into the mellow soy milk, making it an addictively delicious dish.
Enjoy delicious soy milk
One day, my husband, who had started to become health conscious, said, "I heard soy milk is good for you, so maybe I should try drinking it." However, we don't really like soy milk, so we're bound to get bored of it if we keep it as is.
That's how I came up with this soup. I heated soy milk, added a little bit of eso fish sauce, and added sesame oil and chopped green onions. The gentle sweetness of the soy milk is combined with the umami of the eso, giving it a deep richness and aroma. Because it doesn't have the "typical fish sauce smell," it's a dish that anyone can easily recommend.

My encounter with white dashi
This seasoning is filled with memories from my student days. The morning after I stayed over at a friend's house, he said, "Leave breakfast to me!" and brought out egg rice porridge with white dashi. The moment I took my first bite, the mild, gentle flavor of the dashi and the creamy egg were a perfect match, and it was a bowl that warmed my heart.
It was over 20 years ago, and that was when I first learned about "shiro dashi." I've tried many different kinds of shiro dashi, but Shichifuku Brewery's shiro dashi is my favorite.

A dish that will elevate your everyday salad
My go-to is to mix it with olive oil and lemon juice to make a dressing. One day, when I invited a friend over to my house, I poured this dressing over a salad and served it to them, and they were delighted, saying, "It tastes like I just got it from a restaurant!"
When you add cheese or grilled chicken to regular ingredients like sunny lettuce, onion, and tomato, it tastes like you've put a lot of effort into it, thanks to Kunmurasaki. It's a magical product that will turn an ordinary salad into a special dish.

The appeal of plum soy sauce, perfect for deep-fried foods
I always go for plum soy sauce with chicken cutlet! I usually use soy sauce with pork cutlet and fried horse mackerel, but when I tried plum soy sauce on chicken cutlet, it was light and brought out the umami of the meat, making it an exquisite combination! If you add grated daikon radish, it becomes so light that you can eat as much as you want.
It is also recommended for fried horse mackerel. If you want to eat fried food but want something light, we recommend this method without hesitation.

If you want to add variety to your teriyaki, try [ Chicken Teriyaki with Miso Tamari]

Family members praised it as something a little different
When I use miso tamari in my usual teriyaki, my family members say, "It feels different today!" Although the finished color is lighter than teriyaki made with soy sauce, it has a nice aroma and rich flavor, yet is surprisingly light and not heavy. It makes for a teriyaki that's a little different from the usual.
If you want to try something a little more adventurous with your everyday menu, try using it instead of soy sauce.
