First of all, we use the traditional roasted salt "Umi no Sei Yakishio" (Sea Spirit Yakishio), which is made from 100% seawater on Izu Oshima, sun-dried in a flat pot, and then baked using the tsubo-yaki method.
"Umi no Sei Yakishio" is not only delicious with a good balance of salts, but is also baked at a high temperature of 600°C, so it is resistant to moisture and easy to use, even though it contains bittern. No food additives such as anti-caking agents are used.
Next, the herbs . They use herbs from overseas, so they are particular about using "organic" for safety reasons.
The four herbs used in "Umi no Sei Herb Salt (Organic)" are JAS certified organic. What's more, they are freshly crushed in our own factory and blended with "Umi no Sei Roasted Salt," giving it a pleasant aroma and a mellow salty taste.

Basil : A refreshing scent. It has a tonic and antiseptic effect, promotes digestion, and has a refreshing effect.
Oregano : True to its name, "joy of the mountains," it has a powerful aroma and aids digestion and has antiseptic properties.
Parsley : A refreshing fragrance. Rich in vitamins A and C, it is also nutritious.
Thyme : Eliminates the odor of meat and fish, has antiseptic and preservative properties, and also helps restore physical strength.
