First, there's the classic dark soy sauce. A well-made, all-purpose type.

Naturally brewed using wooden barrels and domestically grown soybeans and wheat. The expression "old-fashioned" is the perfect description, with a simple, mild and gentle taste.

Makes full use of delicate materials.

It is a light-colored, salty soy sauce that, when poured over flavorful tofu or white fish sashimi, will allow you to experience the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves.

A rich, long-aged product that is delicious enough to eat as is.

This soy sauce is aged for three years in a wooden barrel and is easy to use, with no particular flavor. It can be used with tuna sashimi, or as wasabi soy sauce for meat.

A sweet soy sauce that is loved in the Kyushu and Hokuriku regions.

It is not too sweet for beginners, and goes well with white fish sashimi, eggs on rice, grilled rice balls, etc.

It's extremely rich. Tamari soy sauce has many passionate fans.

The ingredients are very simple, just soybeans and salt. 100% Aichi soybeans are aged in wooden barrels for three years. It has a unique flavor, and those who like it will be hooked on the rich taste.
