This is a classic combination of dark, re-brewed, and light soy sauce. Try comparing the light and re-brewed sashimi in particular. You'll be able to taste the soy sauce that goes well with red and white meat.

Shokunin Shoyu No.

First up is the classic dark soy sauce, a well-made, all-purpose type.

Naturally brewed in wooden barrels using domestically grown soybeans and wheat, it has a subtle fruity aroma and pairs well with delicate ingredients such as kamaboko.


A rich, long-aged type that is delicious even when licked as is.

The fragrant aroma and deep richness of long-term aging. Try it on tuna sashimi, or as a wasabi soy sauce for meat. You can also pour it over vanilla ice cream for a mitarashi-style flavor.


It also makes full use of delicate materials.

This light-colored, light-salted soy sauce will bring out the delicious flavor of the ingredients when poured over tofu or white fish sashimi, both of which are packed with umami.
