How to use
Ingredients: soybeans (domestic), salt. Not a thick, black tsurusoi. Made by Nanzo Shoten, which was founded 145 years ago, the tsurusoi is made from soybeans and sun-dried salt produced in Aichi Prefecture and is carefully aged for three years in wooden barrels.
Recommended usage
It is brewed using a "five-minute brewing" method that uses only half the amount of water compared to the amount of soybeans used, resulting in a rich, flavorful finish.
Important points to note
The thick extract that drips from the bottom of the barrel is mixed with the raw extract and pressed moromi.
